Hens or cockerels, who have been beheaded, run erratically for a short time flapping their clipped wings. Without direction or purpose, without power or understanding, they run. During this time they achieve nothing, impress nobody, don’t improve their environment one bit, and don’t help other hens or cockerels.
It sounds to me like a very promising beginning of a new definition of politicians.
